To make an order with KNITTONS you need to follow few simple steps:

 

1. Choose your category and product type

Choose your product type and style and set the product display options as you feel comfortable. You can also see a search bar at the top left corner of our menu to make a search through all our products list.
When found what you need move forward to the product page to choose some options.

2. Select product options

Click on the product to see and specify more details. Please do not forget to select the color, size and quantity.
When done just continue to order placement or add your products to wish list to save them for later and receive special offer notifications for them.
The button “Add to cart” allows you to make a preorder of the item you have selected.  You can either continue shopping or checkout by clicking the checkout button. You can manage your cart by adding new items and deleting them.

3. Place your order

Just add to cart all the products you would like to receive. You can manage you order from the cart page or just go directly to the checkout to place your order. To complete the checkout process you will proceed the navigation, but all the delivery and billing information has automatically uploaded already.

POLAND 

KNITTONS orders can be delivered through Inpost Postmats, Polish Post, or courrier delivery service: DPD, DHL, TNT.

There is an option of local pickup from our office: 15 Joanny Zubrowey st., Lodz, Poland.

Delivery time consist of order sending time and shipping time which depens on shipping method. We usually send orders during 24h in working days (mon-fri) after payment been approved.

We send orders exactly to the shipping address which customers give us during checkout. We can deliver your goods to any address, whether your home, place of work or a friend’s address. Please ensure you complete the desired delivery address during the checkout process.

The shop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect work of post and courrier companies.

 

 

Kurier DPD

DPD standard service is the most cost effective solution for domestic shipments. In addition to the standard one-day delivery time, DPD CLASSIC includes insurance up to $ 1,000 and online delivery information. It is also possible to order multiple additional options, such as increasing the amount of insurance for value-added items; Shipping for picking (where a secure payment method is available to the sender) and tailor-made return options for the individual.

The customer may send back the goods purchased in our store without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery. The product may be returned if it is not used, remains in the original packaging and has not damaged in any way.

Returned goods must be returned together with a fiscal receipt or invoice. The shop guarantees a refund of the amount equal to the price of ordered products. Money will be returned within 14 working days, only via bank transfer to the Customer account. The shipping cost of the goods is non-refundable; therefore we do not accept any shipments sent to us at the expense of the company.

The amount for returned goods will be send only to the Customer’s bank account.The customer may send back the goods purchased in our store without giving a reason within 30 days after delivery. The amount due for returned goods is only sent to the bank account indicated by the Customer.

In case the returned item has been shipped at the Seller’s expense (free shipping or other promotion), the refundable amount will be reduced from shipping costs.

How long does the delivery take and how is it counted?

For Poland, the approximate time for delivery is 1-3 business days (depending on the time the order is placed). For delivery to other countries, the approximate time is 5 – 7 business days.

How can I check the status of my order after it has been placed?

You can contact us by e-mail, chat and phone if you want to check the status of your order. Besides, we will notify you about every step your order goes through.

Will I get a notification when my order is sent?

After the checkout process is completed you will receive a message with a payment confirmation and a call from our operator. After the dispatch of your order you will receive a message with a number of consignment note.

What if I want to cancel my order?

You can contact us and cancel your order and your money will be returned back.

What if I pay and the order won’t be delivered?

Let us ensure you that this situation is not possible, as the contract of sale is concluded. Once you have made an order with us, it will be delivered in any case. Besides, you can always contact us by e-mail, chat and phone. We are always in touch and care for our service 24/7.

What if it turns out that the order will be of low quality or won’t fit?

According to our policies you can return the order in 14 days.

What are the estimated costs for delivery and how are they counted?

The estimated costs for delivery depend only on the courier service charges. The quantity won’t affect the costs for delivery.

What if I want to cancel my order and the order is already dispatched?

You can return the order in 14 days. Please note that the returning of the order is made at your expense.
