RETURNS
Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The ordered products must be intact, without any signs of use.
We process returns within 3 business days of receiving the return package. Any traces of use make it impossible to return the purchased goods. In case of doubts regarding the condition of the returned products, the KNITTONS store employees have the decisive vote.

Free returns and exchanges in Poland and EU CH, LI, NO, MC, US, and CA by UPS courier.
30 days for a return or exchange for any reason.
In the KNITTONS online store, the exchange consists of returning the selected product and placing a new order separately.
In a stationery store, you can exchange it for a product of the same value or more expensive within 30 days from the date of purchase.
